My name is Laura Ng and I am a qualified physiotherapist with eighteen years of experience working in both neurology and musculoskeletal clinics in New Zealand and England. I graduated from Otago University in 2002 and worked in both hospital and private clinic settings before heading overseas. Whilst overseas I worked mainly with neurological conditions, and once back in New Zealand, I have worked in private practice clinics providing assessment and treatment to individuals with neurological, musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions.
I am a friendly, reliable, enthusiastic physiotherapist who is always prepared to further my education to become a competent and credible practitioner. I have completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation in 2005; basic training in the Bobath approach in 2009; Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology in 2016 through Massey University; and completed my Postgraduate Musculoskeletal Acupuncture course through Otago University in 2016. I have completed my Masters Thesis in Psychology on the process of acceptance and chronic pain.
